This company didn’t start with a business plan. 

 

It started with frustration.  I was tired of supplements that overpromised, felt jittery or syrupy, and didn’t match how real people actually live and train. Nothing helped me feel in control of my own body, and that’s something I’ve always needed.

 

Then my son got obsessed with space. We learned about Alpha Centauri, three stars locked together in the strongest natural shape: a triangle. It clicked. My family is my triangle. Real strength isn’t just physical. It’s three things:
