Shipping policy

Order Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 24-72 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • During high-volume periods (sales, promotions, holidays), processing times may be longer.

  • We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

  • Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery routes and schedules are determined by the shipping provider.

  • Centauri Pure is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they leave our facility.

  • We currently ship domestic and to Canada from the United States.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable if an order is delayed, an incorrect address is provided, or if the order included free shipping.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

  • Standard Shipping: 3-8 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).

International Shipping

  • We currently only ship to Canada.
  • Standard International Shipping: Up to 14 business days from the shipping date.

  • International orders may experience delays due to customs processing.

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Centauri Pure does not cover these charges.

  • We do not ship to the following countries: Afghanistan, Belarus, India, Iraq, Russia, Tanzania, Tristan da Cunha, Turkmenistan, Yemen.

Orders Returned to Sender

  • If a package is refused, abandoned, or returned due to incorrect address, unpaid customs fees, or other delivery issues, a refund will not be issued.

Ingredient Restrictions

  • Some countries restrict certain ingredients from being imported. Before purchasing, check with your local customs agency regarding ingredient regulations.

  • If customs seizes your package, Centauri Pure will not issue a refund unless all products are returned in their original condition.

  • If your package hasn’t arrived within 3+ days of the estimated delivery date, please contact the shipping carrier directly: USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, or Passport.
