Centauri Pure 90-Day Guarantee & Return Policy
We stand behind everything we make. If it doesn’t work for you, we’ll make it right.
If you’re not completely satisfied with a Centauri Pure product, you have 90 days from the delivery date to request a refund.
We’re confident in our formulas. That’s why we offer:

Full refund on one opened unit per product (keep it — we don’t resell opened supplements)

Refunds on any additional unopened units once they’re returned to us
Here's how it works:
- Email us at info@centauripure.com with your order number and what you want to return.

We'll confirm eligibility and send:
- A return shipping label (if applicable)
- Instructions for returning unopened products (if you have more than one unit)

If it's your first bottle of a product and it's already opened:
- No need to send it back. You'll still get a refund.
- Just tell us what didn't work so we can improve.

If you have unopened items:
- Send them back in their original packaging using the label we provide.
- Once received, we'll issue your refund.
Returns sent without approval won't be processed.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll replace it or refund you — fast.
What isn’t eligible
- Products returned after 90 days
- Opened items beyond the first one for each product
- Final sale items and gift cards
- Items not purchased directly from centauripure.com
Refunds:
Once your return is processed:
- We’ll refund your purchase to your original payment method, minus any applicable shipping fees
- Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to show up
- If it’s been longer than 15 business days since approval, email us at info@centauripure.com
